The Socorritos are the typical product par excellence or Pastas Uko, from Cervera de Pisuerga and the entire province of Palencia.

The chocolate bow is the same puff pastry (salty), in the shape of a bow, but covered with chocolate instead of icing sugar.

In this product we have a sweeter taste, appreciating the butter and a soft texture that makes the difference.
